Medequip Feedback Report

Healthwatch Kirklees worked with Medequip to gather feedback from people who have used community equipment services across Kirklees.

The project explored people’s experiences of receiving, using, maintaining and returning equipment designed to support independence, mobility and daily living. Participants shared what worked well, the challenges they experienced and their suggestions for improving services.

The feedback highlighted the positive impact that community equipment can have on people’s health, wellbeing and independence, while also identifying opportunities to improve communication, information and overall customer experience.

This report brings together the experiences and views of local residents, helping Medequip to better understand what matters most to the people who use its services. The findings will support ongoing service improvements and help ensure equipment services continue to meet the needs of local communities.
